I obtained my first Real Estate License in 1972 working for William Trotter, Sr., in Augusta, Georgia. This has been my chosen profession and not a second or third. Through the years I have attained my Brokers License and Securities License in Real Estate.  I also had my Builders License. All this has helped me to represent successfully both sellers and buyers. Sellers and buyers want some to honestly represent their best interest.

Now more than ever, it is important to stay informed and up to date. It's important to get the information needed to make good decisions. Whether you want to buy or sell an experienced Realtor is a necessity.

It's very important to disclose all facts known about your property when listing. There are numerous legal documents in a transaction required of the seller and buyer for a smooth transaction.
